Who is eligible to enter?
This Promotion is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion, including employees and officers (and their immediate family) of Forest Holidays or any companies within the same group.
How long is the promotional period?
The promotional distribution period begins at 00.01 on 1st May 2024 and closes at 23.59 on 1st September 2024.
Golden Loaf Prize
To enter, purchase a participating promotional pack of Soreen Lunchbox Loaves from selected retailers during the Golden Loaf Prize Win Period. Golden Loaves will be fairly and randomly distributed amongst stocks of Soreen Lunchbox Loaves including:
- Apple Lunchbox Loaves
- Strawberry Lunchbox Loaves
- Malt Lunchbox Loaves
- Banana Lunchbox Loaves
Promotional packs are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
Grand Prize Draw
To enter, participants must purchase during the Grand Prize Draw Period a participating promotional pack of Soreen Lunchbox Loaves including:
- Apple Lunchbox Loaves
- Strawberry Lunchbox Loaves
- Malt Lunchbox Loaves
- Banana Lunchbox Loaves
Promotional packs are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
Where will I find my code?
The Soreen Pack code is 5 digits long and can be found in the QR code panel on back of pack.
Golden Loaf Winners
If on opening your Soreen Lunchbox Loaf, you find that you have found one of the Golden Loaf packs, then email the email address printed on the Golden Pack and quote the Unique Reference Number on the pack. Winners will be required to keep their winning Golden pack and receipt to verify their win. Winners will be asked to answer a series of verification questions including the unique reference number on the ticket, the retailer it was purchased from, plus the date and location of purchase. County of residence will be requested if no objection is received. If entrants are unable to pass the verification checks, it will be to the discretion of the Promoter as to whether a prize is issued.
Grand Prize Draw Winner Selection, Notification & Claim
The 1 x Forest Holidays Break prize will be randomly drawn by computer process from all entries received during the Promotional Period on 05.09.24.The winner will be contacted by 12.09.24 via text message to the mobile number used on entry and will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize, age (passport, driving licence or equivalent) and proof of purchase with 14 days of initial contact by responding to notification text. Winners will be required to keep their proof of purchase and packaging in the event that it is needed for further verification. County of residence will be requested if no objection is received. If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, rejects the prize or are ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.
Upon receipt of a valid claim and the completion of the verification process, the winner will be supplied with contact details for Forest Holidays to claim their prize.
How many times can I enter?
Only one email address and one mobile number may be used to enter per person. Maximum of 1 entry per day.
Each entry must have a qualifying purchase and receipt which predates the entry.
How many prizes could I win?
You could win a maximum of 2 prizes per person.
Can I enter without purchasing Soreen.
No sorry! Purchase is necessary and will need the relevant code from your pack to enter. Internet access is also required to enter.
Why won’t my code work?
Please double check the code you are entering matches the code on the promotional pack. In the unlikely event that your code still doesn’t work, or you cannot read your code, please contact Soreen at www.soreen.com/get-in-touch or call free on 0800 515739.
What constitutes as a receipt?
Because entry requires the purchase of Harvest snaps, you’ll need the receipt you were given when you purchased your pack. This must pre-date your entry and you will be asked to send a photograph to claim your prize.

What could I win?
A Forest Holidays breaks with a choice of 1 x four-night mid-week, or 1 x three-night weekend stay in a Forest Holidays Golden Oak two-bed cabin for winner and three guests. Includes a Forest Ranger Experience and bikes. Worth up to £1000.
Plus, All entrants during the prize periods will also be eligible to claim a £60 off Forest Holidays Voucher per valid entry submitted.
How will winners be selected?
During the Main Promotional Period, 1 x Forest Holiday is to be won in 1x prize draw. A winner will be chosen by a randomized computer process from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
If I win a Forest Break how will I receive it?
Once holiday winners are validated, winners will be supplied with a direct booking line.
Can I exchange my prize for cash?
Unfortunately not, all prizes are as specified. Please see T&Cs for full details of your prize and any restrictions.
I’ve submitted my receipt for validation, why haven’t I heard anything?
Please allow 14 days for validation and confirmation, if you have not received a response in this period please email winner@soreenforestholidays.co.uk stating your name, email and URN used to claim.
